Yasmin is the founder and managing partner of Whitmer Law Office, PLLC. Yasmin established Whitmer Law to offer individuals and businesses legal services equal to the quality and thoroughness demanded by multi-million dollar companies, with the added benefits of greater personal service, accessibility and highly competitive rates.
Prior to opening Whitmer Law, Yasmin acted as Corporate Counsel for the largest property restoration company in the world. Yasmin handles complex business negotiations, all aspects of corporate and business transactions, and drafts and negotiates multi-million dollar contracts with international property owners and investors. Her extensive knowledge, experience, and understanding of the emergency property restoration/construction industry provide her with the effectiveness needed to negotiate favorable contract terms for her clients.
On a personal note, Yasmin is an American-Canadian-Iranian who is knowledgeable about the hurdles one has to go through to become a citizen of another country. Her familiarity with different cultures, laws and languages makes her a compassionate attorney who can relate to people from around the world.
